Ben is the Managing Partner at High House Capital. Prior to founding High House in 2019, Ben was the Global Head of Tax at Madison International Realty and a Senior Manager in KPMG’s NYC Financial Services Group. Ben holds an MBA from Columbia University, a Masters degree from UNC Chapel Hill, and undergraduate degrees from NC State University.

Nick is an Analyst at High House Capital and joined the team after graduating from NC State University. At High House, Nick is responsible for acquisitions and development. Prior to High House, Nick was an intern on the Private Investments Team at Morgan Creek Capital and was a Director at NC State’s student-run Bell Tower Capital Management Fund.

John is an Analyst at High House Capital and is primarily responsible for accounting and property management. Prior to joining High House, John was a grounds technician for the property management team at Valentine Commons Student Living. John graduated from NC State University with a major in Business Administration and concentration in Finance.
