4011 - 4015 University Drive is a retail and office plaza located in Durham, NC.

The three-story glass office building is anchored by Truist (NYSE: TFC) and home to other professional tenants including the law firm of Kennon Craver, PLLC. The 26,189 sqft retail buildings are located on University Drive (over 18,000 vehicles per day) and adjacent to high-traffic retailers such as Target, Sam’s Club, and The Fresh Market. The retail stores are anchored by Neo-China, an award-winning restaurant which has operated at the center for over 30 years.

GUARDIAN ANGEL

FUQUAY-VARINA, NC

718 - 742 N Main St. is a high-visibility shopping center located in Fuquay-Varina.

The shopping center is anchored by the Guardian Angel Thrift Store, a nonprofit started by local resident Laura Gaddis over 15 years ago to raise money for Alzheimer’s research. The store is now a staple of the Fuquay-Varina community and draws customers and like-minded supporters from across the entire Raleigh-Durham region. A new residential community of 125 townhomes (Parker Station) is under construction on the land directly behind the shopping center.

1361 - 1391 SE Maynard Rd is a high-traffic shopping center located in East Cary.

The shopping center consists of 14 retail suites ranging in size from 905 sf to 4,120 sf. The center boasts a diverse roster of tenants including the NC DMV (anchor tenant) as well as the award-winning Panateria Bakery, El Cuscatleco Restaurant, and Cary Nails. A new $1 billion mixed-use development anchored by a Wegman’s grocery store is currently under construction within 1-mile of the center.

Both buildings are fully sprinklered and the 350 Atkinson building is fully conditioned. Both buildings are currently leased to a Fortune 500 company.

Benson Square is a 75,000 sf grocery-anchored shopping center located in Johnston County.

The Benson Square shopping center is located at the I-40 and Hwy 210 interchange in the heart of Johnston County, the fastest growing County in North Carolina. The center is anchored by Food Lion and is home to long-established local favorites such as Steve’s Bagels and La Piazza.

BURLINGTON STORAGE

533 N Park Ave is a 149,000 sf warehouse and self-storage facility located in Burlington, NC.

The property consists of three adjoining warehouse buildings on 7.9 acres of land and also includes a covered outdoor parking area. We acquired the property as an empty warehouse building and spent $6 million to convert the warehouse into a climate-controlled storage facility managed by Extra Space Storage. The development project included the addition of a 41,000 sf mezzanine floor to the building.

FAYETTEVILLE STORAGE

4909 Raeford Rd is a 105,000 sf self-storage facility located in Fayetteville, NC.

The self-storage facility is located on 5.2 acres of land with over 350 feet of frontage on Raeford Rd, a major thoroughfare in Fayetteville. We acquired the property as an empty warehouse building and converted it into a climate-controlled storage facility. The development project included the construction of an 13,794 sf expansion building at the front of the site and the construction of 12,800 sf of drive-up storage units in the rear of the site.

GREENSBORO STORAGE

2500 E Market St is a 200,000 sf warehouse and self-storage facility located in Greensboro, NC.

The property consists of a 4-story brick building and an adjoining 1-story warehouse. The 4-story building was constructed shortly after World War II and was initially used by RJ Reynolds as a tobacco warehouse. The 1-story addition was made in the 1980s to serve as a cross-docking facility. The buildings are located on 7.28 acres of land on Market St, just outside of downtown Greensboro. We converted the 4-story building into a 143k sf climate-controlled storage facility managed by Extra Space Storage.
