We are now leasing commercial space at the Hope Mills Commerce Center (4758 US Hwy 301, Hope Mills, NC). Each space ranges from 875 sf to 1,500 sf and consists of a small retail office with an attached warehouse/garage.
Acquisition Criteria
We are actively seeking to acquire retail shopping centers and warehouses in the Raleigh-Durham area. Our target acquisition size is from $5M to $20M. We are happy to work with real estate brokers and to pay referral fees for off-market opportunities.
